Terms and Conditions

These terms explain the conditions for using the Folded Legends: Three Kingdoms website and game services provided under the Don't Miss Games name. Read them before using the services. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
The service and these terms
These terms cover this website, official game access and related community features when available. Folded Legends is in development; this website does not announce a public store release. Additional rules for a specific event or test will be shown with that event or test. Mandatory app-store terms and any applicable platform licence also apply when you obtain an app through that store.
Eligibility and younger players
Use the services only where permitted by the laws and age requirements that apply to you, and follow the age rating of any official release. If you cannot legally agree to these terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review them and authorise use where the law permits. Do not misrepresent your age or bypass access restrictions.
Accounts and guest access
Keep your login information private and use only accounts you are authorised to access. Guest access depends on the login information stored on your device; losing it may prevent recovery. Contact support if access is lost or compromised. We may need to verify ownership, and cannot promise recovery when ownership cannot be established. Never email passwords, session tokens or recovery secrets.
Permission to play and intellectual property
Subject to these terms, you may use official access for personal, non-commercial play. Game code, artwork, music, branding and other materials remain with their respective rights holders. Do not sell, redistribute or reuse them as a separate product without permission, except where the law or an applicable third-party licence allows it. You may share your own gameplay captures if you respect other people's rights and any clearly stated rules for a private test.
Fair play and prohibited conduct
Do not cheat, use unauthorised bots, exploit bugs to gain rewards, interfere with the service, access another player's account or trade accounts or items for real money outside authorised features. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate others, send spam, commit fraud or post illegal material. Report security issues or unintended exploits privately to support instead of abusing them.
Names, messages and community content
Where community features are available, share only content you have the right to share and avoid exposing anyone's private information. You keep your rights in your content and permit us to store, display and moderate it as needed to operate the service. This permission is limited to those purposes. We may remove content that breaches these terms or the law. Report abusive content to support.
Virtual currency, items and progression
Virtual currency, heroes, equipment and progression are features of the game, not bank balances, investments or ownership of physical goods. They have no cash redemption through this service and may be transferred only through authorised game functions. Any rights attached to paid digital content remain subject to applicable consumer law; this section does not remove those rights.
Payments, purchases and refunds
This website does not take payments. If paid features are offered in an official release, the price, currency and relevant conditions must be displayed before you confirm a purchase. Billing and refund requests follow the official store or identified payment provider's process, subject to your mandatory legal rights. Contact that provider for billing questions and contact us for missing in-game entitlements. Do not send full payment-card details to support.
Development, updates and availability
Content, balance and availability may change while the game is developed. A resettable test must be identified as such before you join; these terms do not by themselves authorise deleting live player progress. Maintenance, security work or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may interrupt access. We will give notice of material service changes and any required remedies as applicable law requires.
Restrictions, suspension and appeals
We may investigate suspected abuse and reasonably restrict a feature or account to protect players and the service, or where required by law. Measures should reflect the nature and severity of the issue. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact support for review. Suspension does not automatically waive your statutory rights concerning paid content.
Privacy and personal data
Our privacy notice explains what information the website and game service process and how to ask about your data or request deletion. These terms do not replace that notice. When contacting support, provide only the information needed to understand the issue and remove passwords, login tokens and unnecessary personal details from screenshots.
Service issues and responsibility
We aim to operate the service with reasonable care, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Responsibility for a loss is assessed under applicable law and the circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, guarantees, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. No statement that the game is in development overrides those mandatory rights.
Stopping use and requesting deletion
You may stop using the services at any time. Uninstalling the app does not by itself delete information stored by the game service; contact support to request account or data deletion. We may need to verify your request and retain information where legally required or as described in the privacy notice. If a future release offers subscriptions, cancellation must also be managed through the relevant store or provider.
Questions, complaints and applicable rights
Contact support first if you have a complaint so we can try to resolve it. Doing so does not prevent you from using a court, regulator or consumer-protection body available under applicable law. These terms do not impose a foreign exclusive court or waive mandatory protections that apply in your country of residence. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply.
Changes to these terms and contact
The update date above identifies this version. We will publish changes here and provide any additional notice or agreement required by law for material changes. Changes will not be applied retrospectively where prohibited by law. Translations are provided for accessibility; contact us if wording is unclear or inconsistent.
